Working Principle of the Tractor Rock Crusher
Mounting and Power Connection: The stone crusher is mounted on the tractor’s three-point suspension or connected via a heavy-duty linkage and powered by a power take-off shaft (PTO).
Rotor and Crushing Chamber Operation: Power from the tractor is transmitted to the rotor, which is equipped with hardened crushing blades and reaction plates. As the rotor rotates, it impacts rocks and stones, breaking them into smaller fragments.
Depth and Width Adjustment: The operator can set the working width and depth via hydraulic control or mechanical adjustment to accommodate stone size and soil conditions; the typical working depth is 10-20 cm, depending on the model.
Stone Separation and Soil Mixing: The crushed stones are mixed with loose soil to form a more suitable seedbed. Smaller stones remain in the field, while larger stones can be collected or redistributed.
Final Leveling: A leveling bar or rake can be installed at the rear of the machine to level the site, preparing it for subsequent planting or infrastructure construction.
